K4 Controller

The K4 embedded controller was launched in 1990. We stopped manufacturing it in 2007 because Renesas did not produce the 63C03 microcontroller in a RoHS compatible form.

We still have some stock of K4S that is suitable for replacement parts.

You are recommended to consider updating your design to use the new VM2.
