Ordering and Payment

To process your order, we need the following information:

• Invoice address; and delivery address if it is different.
• Your Purchase Order number.
• Buyers name.
• Telephone and fax number.
• The part number, description and quantity of the product you require.
• If you are ordering from outside of the UK but within the EC we will need to know your V.A.T./tax identity number to exempt you from paying UK value added tax.

Payment methods are:

• Approved Credit Account.
  If you wish to apply for an account, please contact us for further details.
• Cheque/bank draft with order.
• Visa or MasterCard Credit Card - for this method we need written confirmation of the following:
  • Credit card number and expiry date
  • Cardholders name and the address in which the card is registered
  • The cardholder's signature for authorisation
• Direct credit transfer: please contact us for details.

Transactions are processed in either Sterling or Euros. Carriage to outside of the UK will be charged at cost. By placing an order with Micro-Robotics Ltd. you confirm that you are accepting our Terms and Conditions.
